Dr. N. M. Ravindra is Professor of Physics at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an internationally recognized researcher in advanced materials, semiconductor science, and nanotechnology. Don Foldenauer serves as COO of DYCM Power, bringing 30+ years of Semiconductor and Solar industry experience in senior Engineering and Operations executive roles. He is the former VP of Solar Cell and Module Production at Maxeon Solar, where he planned and started up more than 14 solar cell and module factories globally and managed more than 8 other existing solar factories. Prior to that, he served as VP of Operations at contract manufacturers Jabil and Celestica, managing a P&L exceeding $1 billion with thousands of employees across several countries.
