Justin is the founder and Managing Partner of Audrose Capital Partners, which sponsors the DYCM solar platform and acts as its co-lead investor with Octo Capital. Audrose is an alternative investment firm that pursues opportunistic investments at the intersection of consumer and infrastructure. Mr. Landau has almost 20 years of private equity experience. Audrose's first investment was El Car Wash in 2018 where he also operated as co- founder and CEO and scaled the business from four to approximately 100 locations before selling the business to Warburg Pincus in 2022. He was then Co-CEO from 2022 through 2025. Mr.Landau holds a BBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

Dr. N. M. Ravindra is Professor of Physics at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an internationally recognized researcher in advanced materials, semiconductor science, and nanotechnology. Over nearly four decades, he has published more than 350 scientific papers, authored nine books, secured multiple patents, and led research supported by the U.S. Department of Energy, National Science Foundation, NASA, DARPA, and other leading institutions. His scientific expertise provides invaluable guidance as DYCM advances innovative manufacturing technologies.

COO

Don serves as COO of DYCM, bringing 30+ years of Semiconductor and Solar industry experience in senior Engineering and Operations executive roles. He is the former VP of Solar Cell and Module Production at Maxeon Solar, where he planned and started up more than 14 solar cell and module factories globally and managed more than 8 other existing solar factories. Prior to that, he served as VP of Operations at contract manufacturers Jabil and Celestica, managing a P&L exceeding $1 billion with thousands of employees across several countries. 

Vice President of Projects

Surya serves as Vice President of Project with 35 years of experience in strategy, design, and execution. He leads the planning and delivery of projects, policies, processes, technology initiatives, and branding efforts.

His career spans multinationals including Amgen, Guidant, and Abbott in the USA and India, with hands-on work across Real Estate, Commercial, Residential, Educational, Industrial, Interiors, and Civil Engineering projects. He played a key role in one of the largest commissioning and transition projects for Amgen in the USA.

Surya holds an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bangalore University.

Amit serves as Chief Financial Officer of DYCM, where he oversees the company's financial strategy, capital planning, and operational performance.
