Prashanthi Raman is a public policy executive and attorney with nearly two decades of experience leading government affairs, strategic communications, and external engagement for organizations at the forefront of technology and innovation.

Her work spans artificial intelligence, transportation, healthcare, and public policy, helping organizations navigate complex regulatory environments while building trusted relationships with policymakers and stakeholders.

Justin is the founder and Managing Partner of Audrose Capital Partners, which sponsors the DYCM solar platform and acts as its co-lead investor with Octo Capital. Audrose is an alternative investment firm that pursues opportunistic investments at the intersection of consumer and infrastructure. Mr. Landau has almost 20 years of private equity experience. Audrose's first investment was El Car Wash in 2018 where he also operated as co- founder and CEO and scaled the business from four to approximately 100 locations before selling the business to Warburg Pincus in 2022. He was then Co-CEO from 2022 through 2025. Mr.Landau holds a BBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

Dr. N. M. Ravindra is Professor of Physics at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an internationally recognized researcher in advanced materials, semiconductor science, and nanotechnology. Over nearly four decades, he has published more than 350 scientific papers, authored nine books, secured multiple patents, and led research supported by the U.S. Department of Energy, National Science Foundation, NASA, DARPA, and other leading institutions. His scientific expertise provides invaluable guidance as DYCM advances innovative manufacturing technologies.

Chief Manufacturing Excellence Officer

Sridhar Krishna, Chief Manufacturing Excellence Officer, is a global manufacturing executive with over 30 years of experience in the solar, semiconductor, and advanced technology sectors. He spent 21 years with Intel Corporation and more than a decade in solar industry leadership roles with First Solar, SolarCity, and Verengo Solar. Throughout his career, he has led manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, and business transformation initiatives across global organizations, delivering operational excellence and sustainable growth. At DYCM Solar Modules, he leads the company’s manufacturing excellence initiatives, driving process enhancements, cost optimization, continuous improvement, quality leadership, product engineering/compliance, operational excellence and world-class manufacturing.

Sridhar has an advanced Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (U.V.C.E) Bangalore, India.

VP of Engineering

Adam Payne, VP of Engineering, has been involved in solar cell research for approximately 25 years including different types of materials and cell designs. He was part of the Suniva team that implemented the first production runs of ion implanted solar cells. He has done work on amorphous silicon, III-Nitride, and crystalline silicon solar cells. For the past 7 years, he has worked as a patent agent at two different law firms and is happy to return to solar energy work.

Adam holds a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, a master’s in Microelectronic Engineering and Semiconductor Physics from the University of Cambridge, and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics from Yale University.

Vice President of Projects

Surya serves as Vice President of Project with 35 years of experience in strategy, design, and execution. He leads the planning and delivery of projects, policies, processes, technology initiatives, and branding efforts.

His career spans multinationals including Amgen, Guidant, and Abbott in the USA and India, with hands-on work across Real Estate, Commercial, Residential, Educational, Industrial, Interiors, and Civil Engineering projects. He played a key role in one of the largest commissioning and transition projects for Amgen in the USA.

Surya holds an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bangalore University.
